Don't see your medical plan listed? If we are out-of-network for your medical plan, we’ll fill out and send the appropriate paperwork to your medical plan company. They will then mail a reimbursement check directly to you.

We are currently applying to be able to accept Aetna, United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have one of these plans, call us for up-to-date information.
